Ivan Goncharov, the founder and managing partner, has over 11 years of professional experience as a lawyer and attorney. He is a graduate of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, holds a PhD in Law, and is qualified in Law (081) and International Law (293). A member of the National Association of Advocates of Ukraine with dual bar qualification, he practices in Ukraine and abroad, including EU and Schengen countries.
Ivan Goncharov chairs the Migration Law Committee of the Kharkiv Regional Bar Council, lectures in continuing professional development programs, and is a graduate of advanced training in EU and Schengen migration law at the Academy of European Law (ERA) and the Institute for European Studies (IEE), Free University of Brussels (ULB), including case law of the CJEU and ECtHR.
