Refund and Reimbursement Policy

1. General Provisions

This Refund and Reimbursement Policy sets out the conditions under which clients may request a refund for legal services provided by Attorney Ivan Goncharov and his Law Office. By ordering legal services, the client agrees to the terms of this Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted only in the following cases:

  • No consultation or legal service was provided by the attorney.
  • The client canceled the consultation or service before it commenced.
  • Technical issues on the part of the Law Office made it impossible to provide the service.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Consultations that have already been provided.
  • Document preparation and legal analysis services after work has commenced.
  • Court representation and other procedural or litigation-related actions.

4. Refund Procedure

To initiate a refund request, the client must:

  • Submit a written request to the Law Office’s email address, indicating the order number, payment date, and reason for the refund request.
  • Allow up to 10 business days for the request to be reviewed.
  • If the refund is approved, the funds will be reimbursed to the same payment method used for the original transaction within 7 business days.

5. Liability and Special Conditions

  • If a consultation is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, the client is entitled to a full refund.
  • If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the consultation, a partial refund of up to 50% of the paid amount may be issued.
  • If the client fails to attend the consultation without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

6. Amendments to the Policy

The attorney reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The current version of the Policy is always available on the official website.
